For years the Russell Terrier has been one of my favorite dogs and when I was asked 'what kind of dog should I get' the answer was always 'get a Jack Russell. Well none of them did, not sure if they were smarter than me or not, so we took the plunge and added Jiggs and Roxy to our family. They are the short legged Russell Terriers also called Puddins or Shorties. The temperaments on the shorter JRT's are calmer than the longer legged Parsons. They love to keep your lap warm, help you with gardening, great in agility, earth dog, taking walks or just listening. They love being with you. Jiggs mom Gossip of JRS is the first AKC Earthdog titled Russell Terrier and we looking forward to working Jiggs in agility and ground work. PackaJack Just Roxy came is from Connie and Wamo at PackaJack in AZ. Roxy's dad is UKC GRCH Short Stop Meatball of W'AZ and her mom is UKC Ch Russellville Patchy of West AZ.
