Informative facts about Goats Milk 1. Goat's milk does not contain the complex proteins that is believed to be the main stimulants of allergic reactions to cow's milk. 2. Smaller protein molecules and fat molecules with thinner and more fragile membranes in goat's milk allow it to be digested easier than cow's milk. 3. Goat's milk contains 7% less lactose than cow's milk thereby people have found that they can tolerate it easier during the digestive process. 4. Goat's milk has been shown to have a better acid buffering capacity, higher pH, and is believed to be of benefit to the symptomatic relief of ulcers. 5. The trace mineral selenium, which is often deficient, contains the highest source of selenium of any milk, powdered infant formulas, cow's milk or mother's milk. 6.
